CROIX &#8212; The Virgin Islands Police Department is asking for the community&#8217;s assistance in locating two convicted felons now on the loose, according to Kevin Jackson, VIDP&#8217;s public information officer.<\/p>\n<p>The first, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/viconsortium.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Wanted-Poster-Khadeem-Rosario-1.pdf\">Khadeem Rosario<\/a><\/span>, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, is wanted for burglary in the second degree. Herbert is a 24-year-old black male with a dark complexion. He has brown \u00a0eyes, black dread locks, is 6&#8242; tall and weighs 230lbs.<\/p>\n<p>Herbert, who also goes by the alias &#8220;Creams&#8221;, is known to frequent the D. Hamilton \u00a0Jackson Housing Community (Red Brick),\u00a0Ruby M. Rouss Apartments (Watergut) in Christiansted and Walter I.M. Hodge Housing Community (Safarelli) in Frederiksted.<\/p>\n<p>The VIPD is asking anyone with information about the whereabouts of the two men to contact\u00a0Detective Gregory Charlery of the Domestic Violence Unit at 340-712-6026, 911 or the anonymous tip service, Crime Stoppers USVI, at 1-800-222-8477.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ST.
