Bail for Turnbull was set at $500 by court order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, June 8, 2015\u2013 Cecil Jay Rushing, 55<\/strong> of the sailing vessel \u201cHappy Hours\u201d Cruz Bay, was arrested and charged with simple assault after being positively identified as the individual that strangled a woman. Bail for Rushing was set for at $500 by court order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, June 10, 2015 \u2013 Ralph Filandro Every, 37<\/strong> of sailing vessel \u201cWindstar 357\u201d John Brewer\u2019s Beach was arrested and charged with third degree assault after he was positively identified as the person who held a knife to a male\u2019s throat and threatened to kill him. Bail for Every was set at $25,000 by court order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, June 11, 2015 &#8211; Justin Rivera of Greenwood Drive, Warwick RI<\/strong> was arrested at the Cyril E. King Airport as he was trying to leave the territory. Rivera was charged and arrested with third degree burglary and grand larceny after being positively identified on video surveillance footage as the individual who burglarized Eco Tours on St. John. Unable to post bail of $60,000, Rivera was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, June 11, 2015 \u2013 Burton Fahie, 44<\/strong> of Bordeaux was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle after he was positively identified on surveillance video as the individual who removed a vehicle without the permission of the owner.
