The car had struck a tree and came to a halt west of Bellows International. The man sitting inside, police said, was unresponsive.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency medical technicians arrived on the scene after police and found that the victim had no vital signs. He was later identified as Dave Edwards, Jr., of Estate Whim.<\/p>\n<p>Officers currently have no leads on the crime and are therefore requesting the community&#8217;s assistance in locating the perpetrators.
