VIPD Public Information Officer Kevin Jackson announced the following arrests on St. Thomas from July 23-26.<\/p>\n

Thursday, July 23, 2015 – Brittany Elizabeth Ganson, 35<\/strong> of Mahogany Run was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at 10:30 p.m. on St. Peter Mountain Road. Bail for Ganson was set at $1,500.<\/p>\n

Friday, July 24, 2015 – Andrew F. Joseph, 36<\/strong>, who has\u00a0no fixed address, was arrested and charged with third degree burglary. Andrew was placed under arrest after being viewed and identified on surveillance video prying open a window to enter a business in the Royal Dane Mall. Unable to make bail of $25,000,\u00a0Joseph was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.<\/p>\n

Friday, July 24, 2015 \u2013 Guy G. Vicar, 29<\/strong> of Estate Pearl was arrested and charged with simple assault. Vicar was arrested after he was involved in a verbal altercation with his girlfriend and struck her in the face.\u00a0No bail was set for Vicar in according with the territory’s domestic violence laws, and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.<\/p>\n

Saturday, July 25, 2015 \u2013 Malik Gabriel, 19<\/strong> of Tampa, Fl. was arrested and charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm and for brandishing and exhibiting it. He was arrested for his involvement in an incident where he held a gun to a person\u2019s head at Lindberg Bay Beach. Unable to make bail of $25,000, Gabriel was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.<\/p>\n

Sunday, July 26, 2015 \u2013 Berto Garcia Castillo, 37<\/strong> of Estate Contact (STJ) was arrested and charged with simple assault and battery (DV), after he\u2019d assaulted his wife, causing injuries about her body. Castillo was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.<\/p>\n

Sunday, July 26, 2015 \u2013 Lidia Guerrero Castillo, 41<\/strong> of Estate Contact (STJ) was arrested and charged with simple assault and battery (DV), after she\u2019d assaulted her husband, causing injuries about his body. Castillo was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.<\/p>\n
