ST. THOMAS — A man here was shot multiple times on Sunday night at about 8:41 and left for dead near\u00a0Bargain Grocery (formerly the Lima Grocery Store) and Such Is Life Bar, located on Goat Street in Hospital Ground, VIPD Public Information Officer Kevin Jackson announced today.<\/p>\n
Outside of the bar, adjacent to the grocery store, a black male was discovered bleeding profusely, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds, according to Mr. Jackson, citing a preliminary report. The victim was transported to the Roy Lester Schneider Regional Medical Center by a private vehicle for treatment of the wounds he sustained. He later succumbed to his injuries, Mr. Jackson added.<\/p>\n
The victim was later identified as 24-yer-old Kemoi Thompson of Hospital Ground.<\/p>\n
