Update:<\/strong> Police said on Saturday that Ossie Kahmil Constant, wanted on second degree burglary charges, was arrested today at 1:20 a.m.<\/p>\n

Earlier: ST. CROIX — The VIPD is asking the community’s assistance in helping to locate 31-year-old\u00a0Ossie Kahmil Constant<\/a><\/span>, who is wanted on second degree burglary charges, a press release Kevin Jackson, the force’s public information officer issued on Friday has made known.<\/p>\n

Constant is a black male with a light brown complexion, short cropped black hair, brown eyes, stands at the height of 5\u201910\u201d, and weighs 180lb. He goes by the alias of \u2018Uzi\u2019, and is known to frequent the areas of downtown Christiansted and Estate Strawberry. Constant has a scar on his chin and multiple tattoos; \u201ckiss of death\u201d on his right pec and the symbol for the zodiac sign of Libra on the left. He also has a tattoo that reads \u201cduss them off\u201d on his upper back with two guns along with \u201cGet Paid\u201d on his abdomen.<\/p>\n

Should you come in contact with Constant, approach him with caution, police warns. Anyone that knows the whereabouts of, or has information concerning Constant, is asked to phone Detective Gregory Charlery of the Domestic Violence Unit at 340-712-6026, 911 or the anonymous tip service, Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-8477.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
