ST. THOMAS — A St. Thomas man was found dead on arrival (D.O.A.) at about 1:20 p.m. today, lying motionless in the vicinity of Ross Taarenberg, V.I.P.D. Media Specialist Sakeeda Freeman has announced.<\/p>\n
According to Ms. Freeman, the individual was pronounced D.O.A. by an emergency response team. His body was transported to the morgue and cause of death will not be known until an autopsy is performed, she said.<\/p>\n
The deceased was later identified by next of kin as 53-year-old Milton Gardon.<\/p>\n
