According to Government House, these represent the second large batch of 2015 income tax refunds to be processed since the April 15 filing deadline. More than 3,500 refund checks were mailed out on May 12, totaling about $10 million.<\/p>\n
Governor Kenneth Mapp has credited the territory\u2019s strengthened financial condition and improved management of resources for allowing refunds to be paid in a timely manner.
