Michelle Obama stunned America Monday night after taking to the stage at the Democratic 2016 Convention and delivering a speech so powerful that some have deemed it the biggest, most important and best speech of her career as First Lady.<\/p>\n
Some say the most memorable line of her speech was when she said, referring to bullies and those who tend to lean towards fear and declare that America is in decline — a dig at Republican nominee Donald Trump without even mentioning his name — that, “When they go low, we go high.”<\/p>\n
But her most profound line according to pundits was the following:<\/p>\n
\u201cI wake up every morning in a house that was built by slaves. And I watch my daughters, two beautiful, intelligent black young women, playing with their dogs on the White House lawn. And because of Hillary Clinton, my daughters and all our sons and daughters now take for granted that a woman can be president of the United States.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
And she went further, digging a hole through her speech intended for Mr. Trump as a great portion of America looked on in admiration: \u201cDon\u2019t let anyone ever tell you this country isn\u2019t great. That we need to make it great again. Because right now this is the greatest country on earth,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
