ST. CROIX — The Virgin Islands Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating an 83-year-old man, who police say was reported missing on August 5.<\/p>\n
According to a release issued by the force’s public information officer, Glen Dratte, the missing man, named\u00a0Leonard Frederick, above, was last seen at his home #32-AB Company Street, Christiansted on August 3.<\/p>\n
Mr. Dratte said Mr. Frederick is\u00a05\u20197 inches tall; weighs about 145 lbs, is bald, has black eyes and wears glasses.<\/p>\n
He has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and has been known to frequent the area of Company Street and Market Square, and oftentimes wanders the Christiansted town area.<\/p>\n
Police are asking anyone who might come in contact with Mr. Frederick or know of his whereabouts, to call the Ancilmo Marshall, C Command Police Station at (340) 773-2530, (340) 778-2211 or 911.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
