To Residents: Use Your Discretion When Swimming Or Fishing This Weekend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) announced on Friday that the Beach Water Quality Monitoring Program did not conduct its weekly beach monitoring for the week of September 5-9. Therefore the agency said it could not assess water quality of the territory&#8217;s beaches this week.<\/p>\n<p>D.P.N.R. did not give a reason relative to why the beaches weren&#8217;t tested. It\u00a0recommended that residents should use their own discretion when swimming or fishing at the designated beaches.<\/p>\n<p>If the waters appear muddy or murky or have foul odors, do not swim or fish, D.P.N.R. says.
