CROIX &#8212; The University of the Virgin Islands 53rd annual Commencement Ceremony scheduled for today on the Albert A. Sheen Campus, has been moved to the St. Croix Educational Complex auditorium, due to inclement weather that has affected the original location. Commencement will begin at 2:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Perspective graduates can assemble in the band room. UVI\u2019s faculty can assemble in choir room.<\/p>\n<p>The class speaker on the Albert A. Sheen Campus will be Carlotta M. Walcott.<\/p>\n<p>Iyanla Vanzant \u2013 prolific and commanding author, inspirational speaker, television personality and healer of people, will be UVI\u2019s 2017 commencement keynote speaker, and will receive an honorary doctorate.
