ST. CROIX — Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, the Department of Health (DOH) is partnering with the Juan F. Luis Hospital to distribute a limited supply of insulin to the uninsured and under-insured on St. Croix in the lobby of JFL.<\/p>\n
Patients are asked to bring their medicine bottle or prescription and a picture form of identification. The types of insulin that will be offered include: Humalog, Humulin 70\/30, Humulin R, and Humulin N.<\/p>\n
Flu season is here again; free flu\u00a0<\/strong>and tetanus shots will also be offered tomorrow (same location), Wednesday, October 18th,<\/strong> to everyone age 3 and over.\u00a0 Parental consent \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0is required for anyone under the age of 18.
