As the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority along with hundreds of linemen from around the U.S. continue their march towards complete restoration in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the utility continues to target communities still without power, and in a release issued early Tuesday, WAPA made known the areas it has identified as priority this week.<\/p>\n
