At the same locations, they will reopen the following day, Feb. 28, as Emergency Home Repairs VI\u00a0 Walk-In Centers where survivors can sign up for help with home repairs, the Federal Emergency Management Agency announced Thursday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">To receive emergency repair assistance:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"\">\n<li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Your home must be your primary residence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">You must have a FEMA registration number.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Your home must have been damaged by hurricanes Irma or Maria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/viconsortium.com\/business\/important-new-details-on-the-emergency-home-repairs-v-i-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Emergency Home Repairs VI Program<\/span><\/a> is funded by FEMA and administered by the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority.
