ST. THOMAS — A man was found lifeless in his vehicle with a gunshot wound to his body on Wednesday morning\u00a0in the roadway of Solberg, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte has announced.<\/p>\n
Mr. Dratte said\u00a0at approximately 10:19 a.m. today, the V.I.P.D.’s central dispatch received a call from an individual who stated that there was a male individual in a vehicle, who appeared to be unresponsive in the aforementioned roadway.<\/p>\n
Units from the Richard N. Callwood Command along with units from the Criminal Investigation Bureau (C.I.B.) traveled to the scene and observed a vehicle in the middle of the road with an unresponsive male in the driver\u2019s seat, Mr. Dratte said.<\/p>\n
Emergency medical technicians were on scene and concluded that the male did not have any vital signs.<\/p>\n
The victim was identified by next of kin as Jamal George, 23.<\/p>\n
