ST. CROIX — Bureau of Motor Vehicle (B.M.V.) Director Lawrence Olive, seen above, said via release on Tuesday that six heavy industrial fans were donated today by Mitchell Matthew of Just Right Trucking to B.M.V. on St. Croix.<\/p>\n

Because of the donation, B.M.V. service will resume on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon until further notice, according to Mr. Olive. In a release issued Monday night<\/span><\/a>, Mr. Olive said B.M.V. would be closed until further notice because the air conditioning units at the bureau were inoperable.<\/p>\n

The 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon service at BMV will continue until the issues with the air conditioning units are resolved, Mr. Olive said.<\/p>\n

According to the release, vehicle inspections will now start 7:00 a.m. and run until 2:00 p.m., and regular appointments for written and road tests remain unchanged. “Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused,” Mr. Olive said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
