{"id":8314,"date":"2014-09-06T17:01:00","date_gmt":"2014-09-06T17:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viconsortium.com\/?p=8314"},"modified":"2014-09-07T00:22:50","modified_gmt":"2014-09-07T00:22:50","slug":"domestic-violence-st-croix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/wp.viconsortium.com\/?p=8314","title":{"rendered":"Three Men Arrested On St. Croix For Domestic Violence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Three men were arrested on Friday at about 1:30 pm in the La Grande Princess area on third degree assault domestic violence charges, the V.I.P.D. has revealed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>According to police, a follow-up investigation was being conducted into an assault case when the men, Karime Williams, 31; Troy Nisbet, 39 and Kareem Gordon, 29 were taken into custody, but not before making a last-ditch effort to get away.<\/p>\n<p>The police were searching for a white Ford Taurus that the suspects were supposedly using to escape, which was spotted in the Pelican Cove area. When police attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle, the driver disregarded it and sped away.<\/p>\n<p>The chase did not last long, however, as police later found the white Ford Taurus abandoned in the Nicasio Nico area.
