Allynford Fleming, 46, and his 23-year-old son, Sha\u2019mall Fleming, were arrested on Tuesday morning in St. Thomas for beating\u00a0a 49-year-old male victim with a stick and a metal pipe. The victim sustained bruising\u00a0on his face and head when the Feb. 25 incident occurred.<\/p>\n
Both men were\u00a0taken into police custody\u00a0on Sept. 23 at about 7:30 a.m., pursuant to a warrant issued by the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands dated March 17. They were charged with\u00a0Third Degree Assault, Possession of a Dangerous Weapon During the Commission of a Crime of Violence, and Aiding and Abetting.<\/p>\n
