Pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 31 of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government of the Virgin Islands, Bureau of Information Technology is requesting Proposals from qualified firm or individual(s) to provide Consulting Services for Project Management Services, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma and Leadership Development in the United States Virgin Islands.
