Burned Body Found In SUV At Ha’Penny Beach On St. Croix

The remains of a badly burned human body was found inside a vehicle at Ha’Penny Beach on November 1, Police Spokesperson Melody Rames has revealed.

According to detectives, the body, which was found at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, was inside an SUV. Police were at the scene assisting detectives in gathering information to help identify the body. The case remains under active investigation.

Police are asking anyone with  information on this case to call detectives at 712-6030 or 712-6077, call 911 or Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
