As of 3 p.m. Tuesday, elections reports showed that 9,006 (36.65 percent of total registered voters) had already voted in the St. Croix District and 7,875 (30.99 percent of total registered voters) had cast ballots in the St. Thomas-St. John District. Elections Supervisor Caroline Fawkes made the announcement today.

This is an early total of 67.64 percent of voters between the two districts,
