First Degree Burglary At Home In St. Croix’s Estate Calquhoun

Gunshots were fired during a burglary at a home in Estate Calquhoun, according to recent reports from the Virgin Islands Police Department.

Some witnesses reported hearing several gunshots, while other witnesses say they saw several men inside a green Mitsubishi Lancer with an unknown license plate number.

Upon arrival at the scene, police found the front door of the residence damaged by gunfire. No one inside the home was injured or saw any of the suspects, police say.

Police are investigating the case as a first-degree burglary.
