Community Center / February 5, 2015

The UVI Cooperative Extension Service (CES) and the Agricultural Experiment Station (AES) invite the community to the 44th Annual Agriculture and Food Fair of the U. S. Virgin Islands, which will take place at the Rudolph Shulterbrandt Agricultural Complex at Estate Lower Love on St. Croix, Feb. 14-16. This year’s theme is “Agriculture: The Heart of it All.”

Sixteen UVI components will be participating in the exhibits by displaying their products and the services offered to the community. CES and AES will portray the theme by presenting a garden with high-yielding fruit and vegetables from their research projects. Displays will also feature heart-healthy nutrition and diet tips, best practices and handouts, as well as other offerings.

Admission is $6 for adults, $4 for seniors and $3 for children.

The Agriculture and Food Fair is sponsored by the V.I. Department of Agriculture, the UVI Cooperative Extension Service and the V.I. Department of Tourism.
