ST. THOMAS — Have you seen 15-year-old Mariam Batista? According to a press release issued by VIPD Public Information Office Kevin Jackson late Tuesday, the minor has gone missing, and police are seeking assistance in locating her.
Batista, a resident of St. Thomas, is believed to be on St. Croix according the release. She was last seen over three weeks ago on May 8, 2015, at her residence in Estate Tutu.
The minor’s mother said when she last contacted her daughter, she was with her boyfriend. However, the mother gave no indication as to who he was, or where the minor was staying.
Batista has a medium-brown complexion, stands at 5’2” and weighs 140 lbs.
