Meet St. Croix’s Rakeem Christmas a current NBA Prospect and Syracuse stand out. Rakeem is fresh off of a great performance at this year’s NBA Combine. Not only a stand out athlete, Rakeem is a stand out student earning his degree in 3 years and has already begun working towards attaining his Master’s degree. Rakeem made All-ACC First Team and All-ACC Defensive Team honors, and was named the ACC’s Most Improved Player. He was also selected as a second-team All-American, and was a finalist for a host of other awards (Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Center of the Year Award, John Wooden Award, and Oscar Robertson Award).
