CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – September 18, 2015 – The V.I. Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) announces the following:

Public Hearing: A public hearing by the Economic Development Commission is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 9 a.m. at 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, Suite 620, St. Thomas, USVI; and via video conference feed to the William D. Roebuck Economic Development Park at No. 4 Negro Bay, Building No. 2, Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI, on an application for tax exemptions submitted by Ay Ay Holding Inc.

Governing Board Decision Meeting: A decision meeting for the Economic Development Commission will immediately follow the public hearing on application matters for Tree Limin Extreme, LLC; Legacy VI Development Consulting, LLLP d/b/a RED Legacy VI; Impact Technologies, VI Inc.; and Secret Harbour Beach Resort Associates, LLLP; and to resolve compliance matters for Oson VI, LLC.

A decision meeting will also be held by the VIEDA, Economic Development Bank (EDB) and the Enterprise and Commercial Zone Commission (ECZC) on applications and/or matters which may be brought to the appropriate Board for action. The decision meeting will be held at the aforesaid locations. All interested persons are notified in accordance with law.

The VIEDA’s Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in Title 1 Virgin Islands Code Section 254(b).
