Police Seeking Community's Help In Locating Man Who Went Missing On October 22

ST. CROIX — A man named Emmanuel Fraticelli Davis (seen here), also known as “Manuel”, has been missing since October 22 and the Virgin Islands Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating him, according to a recently issued VIPD press release.

The 20-year-old was last seen on the aforementioned date in the vicinity of Marley Homes wearing a black t-shirt with red basketball short pants. Mr. Davis is of a light complexion, has black hair, green eyes, stands 5’7” and weighs 135lbs, according to police.

The VIPD is asking anyone who’s seen Mr. Davis or know of his whereabouts to contact Detective T. Willock at (340) 712-6029 or 340-778-2211.
