Quick Note: Mapp Accepts Resignation Of Lawrence Boschulte

News / Virgin Islands / November 17, 2015

ST. THOMAS — Governor Kenneth Mapp has accepted the resignation of St. Thomas and Water Island Administrator, Lawrence Boschulte, a press release Government House issued late Monday made known.

Mr. Boschulte stated in a letter to Randolph Knight, the administration’s chief of staff, that his experience was rewarding, although he gave no explanation as to why he gave up the job.

“The experience I have had as the administrator has been rewarding. It was a privilege to serve the people of this community through this administration,” Mr. Boschulte said.

Mr. Mapp also thanked Mr. Boschulte  for his service, who he appointed to serve during a cabinet announcement press conference on Tuesday, December 30, 2014.

“I am grateful for the time and attention that Mr. Boschulte has shown the people of this territory. I, along with the lieutenant governor, wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” he said.

I wear many hats, I suppose, but the one which fits me best would be journalism, second to that would be radio personality, thirdly singer/songwriter and down the line. I've been the Editor-In-Chief at my videogames website, Gamesthirst, for over 5 years, writing over 7,000 articles and more than 2 million words. I'm also very passionate about where I live, the United States Virgin Islands, and I'm intent on making it a better place by being resourceful and keeping our leaders honest. VI Consortium was birthed out of said desire, hopefully my efforts bear fruit. Reach me at [email protected].
