VIPD Media Specialist Sakeeda Freeman announced the following arrests on St. Thomas from December 2-5.
Wednesday, December 2, 2015 – at approximately 2:30 p.m., Daniel Everton, 54, of Oswald Harris Court was arrested and charged with disobeying a lawful order when he was seen by an officer selling water on Main Street after he was ordered not to do so without the appropriate permit. Bail for Everton was set at $1,000 and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.
Thursday, December 3, 2015 – at roughly 2:42 p.m., Joshua Adjodha, 20, of Estate Frydenhoj was arrested and charged with second degree burglary after he was identified by the complainant as the individual responsible for a robbery that took place in Estate Frydenhoj. Bail for Adjodha was set at $50,000 and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.
Friday, December 4, 2015 – at approximately 6:00 p.m., a 15-year-old minor was arrested and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and placed into protective custody.
Saturday, December 5, 2015 – at 4:44 a.m., Megan Peabody, 28, of Smith Bay was arrested and charged with simple assault after she struck a male victim in the face and caused several lacerations about the body. No bail for Peabody was set and she was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.
