VI Consortium’s Ernice Gilbert Interviews Governor Mapp On Saturday; Any Questions?

Breaking News / Featured / News / Politics / Virgin Islands / January 7, 2016

ST. CROIX — The Virgin Islands Consortium has the first exclusive interview with Governor Kenneth Mapp following the ratification of the ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC and Government of the Virgin Islands operating agreement’s approval, and first of the new year as the administration heads into its second year of leadership.

Some of the questions will be based around the governor’s first year in office, as The Consortium’s Founding Editor, Ernice Gilbert, seeks to understand whether the governor is fully satisfied with his performance so far. He will also seek answers on the governor’s plans for 2016 and beyond.

And we would like you to have a chance to get some answers from the territory’s chief executive as well. As such, we have decided to choose five of the best questions from our readers on the website and those on Facebook.

What would you like to ask the governor? Let us know. The first portion of the interview is expected to go live on Sunday morning.
