According to a V.I.P.D. release issued today, the missing man, named Warren Thomas, told his brother that he was headed to Africa to visit a family member last month, but the family member never saw Mr. Thomas. Police did not say whether Mr. Thomas had traveled out of St. Thomas.

Mr. Thomas is an African American height five feet, eight inches, and weighs 150lbs. He has grey, short hair, brown eyes, and is a resident of Estate Thomas.
