ST. CROIX — The Virgin Islands Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a 20-year-old man named Samuel “Sammy” McDonald, above, who robbed a minor at gunpoint, according to Glen Dratte, the force’s public information officer.
Mr. Dratte said that at approximately 8:01 p.m. Friday, the father of the minor victim reported the incident to police, which occurred at the Sion Farm Ball Park the same day.
Mr. McDonald is a resident of this island who frequents Estate Strawberry, Sunny Acres and Sion Farm. He weighs about 130 pounds, and is five feet, seven inches tall. Police are asking residents to approach Mr. McDonald with caution if spotted.
