With hundreds of students watching, Alicia “Chucky” Hansen pointed one of her fingers at her ear, and starting twirling it in a clockwise direction, insinuating that Mrs. Rivera-O’Reilly is a crazy, deranged person. This happened at a senatorial forum this morning, hosted by the St. Croix Educational Complex. Students reacted with shock, disbelieving what was taking place.
