ST. THOMAS — A man who police have yet to identify was found floating in the waters of Krum Bay on Wednesday, V.I.P.D. Media Specialist Sakeeda Freeman has announced.

According to Ms. Freeman, at approximately 10:05 a.m. Wednesday, a citizen sailing from Water Island to St. Thomas observed an “object” floating in Krum Bay waters.
