ST. CROIX — Residents of St. Croix will be celebrating the Crucian Christmas Festival Adults and Children’s parades on January 6, and Post Offices will remain closed on the island in observance of the festive day, the Postal Service made known via release today.
Postal customers should expect the following:
- There will be no mail collection in St. Croix
- No carrier or PO Box delivery service will be provided in St. Croix
- There will be no retail services in St. Croix
- Mail delivery collection and retail services will remain in effect for St. Thomas and St. John
Saturday also marks the Three Kings holiday, which is widely observed in Puerto Rico and includes the closure of all post offices in Culebra, Vieques and Puerto Rico. All operations resume on their regular schedules on Monday across the Caribbean, USPS said.
