St. Croix Man Is Jailed For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting, On Multiple Occasions, Two Minors

ST. CROIX — The Virgin Islands Police Department on Thursday said Jelani Marcus Hall, 28, (seen above) was arrested and charged with first-degree unlawful sexual contact, after it was reported — and investigated, according to police — that Mr. Hall, on several occasions, had sexually assaulted two minors.

He was arrested on March 6 and remanded to the Golden Grove Detention Center.

Keeping in accordance with the territory’s domestic violence laws, no bail was granted to Mr. Hall.
