Come Friday, Christiansted will come alive with the first annual Food, Fashion, Art and Music Festival, dubbed, FFAM, that promises to highlight the variety of talent on St. Croix, while boosting the downtown Christiansted economy and scene.

While FFAM takes place in earnest on Friday, a preview art event featuring well-known as well as budding local artists will take place at Baked Cafe, which is located across from Government House.

As for the main event, it’ll run from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, which will include a fashion show with six models, as well as the full art event. There will be music all over the town as well, as event organizers attempt to achieve a feat that sees every corner where there’s activity, being enhanced by music.

At 9:00 p.m., a stage to be erected at the Caravelle Hotel will come alive with Arita, a reggae recording artist signed to Tempo Records.

At 10:00 p.m. the V.I.P. portion of the event will commence with deejays and other entertainment above the Purple Papaya.

Tickets of the affair can be purchased here.
