Watch: St. Croix Barbers’ 2nd Annual ‘BarberQ’ Customer Appreciation Event Draws Large Turnout

Entertainment / News / Videos / Virgin Islands / July 8, 2018

ST. CROIX — It started as an idea of one of the owners of Karibbean Kuts, a well-known barbershop located across from the Brass Key Home Store in Peter’s Rest. But it has since grown into a highly anticipated get-together by the local barbers, and this year’s affair — held at the Altona Lagoon in Gallows Bay on Sunday, July 1 — saw hundreds of participants who danced to a variety of music genres, ate free food (a roasted pig was among available cuisine) and so many drinks that it was impossible to have at them all.

The annual BarberQ, as it’s called, is a customer appreciation event. Watch.
