Watch: Albert Bryan, Tregenza Roach Deliver Victory Speeches To St. Croix Supporters

Albert Bryan and Tregenza Roach were elected Governor-Elect and Lieutenant Governor-Elect of the Virgin Islands, respectively, defeating incumbent Governor Kenneth E. Mapp to become the ninth-elected gubernatorial ticket in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Following their solid victory on Tuesday night, the men addressed their supporters in the St. Thomas-St. John District first, following by those on St. Croix.
