AT&T Providing Payment Options For USVI Customers Affected By U.S. Government Shutdown

AT&T is offering payment options to its customers across the U.S., including the U.S. Virgin Islands, affected by the partial shutdown of the federal government, a release the multinational conglomerate issued has made known.

The firm said consumers who pay their bill on att.com can get started here and DIRECTV customers can go here for instructions on how to take advantage of these flexible payment options. Business and FirstNet customers should direct inquiries to their AT&T billing contact which can be located on the account statement.

“Our customers, including those in the U.S.V.I., affected by the federal government shutdown are eligible for flexible payment options to keep their service running. We’re here to help ease the burden of trying to pay bills on time during the shutdown,” said Kelly Layne Starling, AT&T Media Relations for South-Southwest Florida & U.S. Virgin Islands. “As long as the shutdown is in effect, our customer service team will waive late fees, provide extensions, and coordinate with you on revised payment schedules.”
