A routine traffic stop on Interstate 80 in Lancaster, Nebraska has lead to the arrest of a well-known St. Croix bartender named Gibbs Bully, Lancaster sheriff Terry Wagner has revealed, first reported by KETV.
Bully was stopped by Deputies when he improperly changed lanes, and for driving on the shoulder of Interstate 80 about 12:30 a.m.
Bully, driving a 2014 Ford Escape, gave officers consent to search his vehicle where they found 5.4 pounds of marijuana. Deputies also found a court receipt showing that he forfeited a large amount of money in Kansas on July 31st.
Bully is no stranger to the law: in March 2014, he was arrested by the Kansas Troopers for possessing 50 pounds of marijuana.
