ST. CROIX — A 39-year-old man riding a motorcycle died on Saturday morning following an auto collision with an F150 Ford pickup truck in Estate Glynn, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte announced Sunday.

The victim, whose identity the V.I.P.D. withheld pending next of kin notification, was traveling west at approximately 9:17 a.m. on the Northside road when it collided with the F150 truck traveling in the opposite direction.

Mr. Dratte said the driver of the F150 truck sustained minor injuries.

He also said that the motorcycle was neither registered or insured.

The case remains under investigation by the V.I.P.D.’s Traffic Investigation Bureau.
