The two brave St. Thomas USVI men who saved the life of a disabled girl last week after she rolled off the WICO dock and fell into the sea, were rewarded with a cruise for two aboard anyone of the Carnival Cruise Lines ships, paid for by WICO. Randolph Donovan, Jr.’s and Kuntry Hamilton’s airfaire for the cruise will be paid for by the Office of the Governor, and the Dept. of Tourism is giving the men the days off to enjoy their reward.
