Police on St. Thomas are investigating an armed robbery at the Super Maxx Convenience Store that took place this week.
The store owners reported that two males, one carrying a handgun, entered the store, took cash from the register and a gold chain valued at more than $1,000 from a store employee.
Both suspects walked out of the store and were seen heading east.
The incident is under investigation by detectives from the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
