The Department of Licensing and Consumer affairs will only be opened for half of the working day on Friday, December 19, Commissioner Wayne Biggs has made known, shutting its doors at 12:00 p.m. instead of the regular 5 p.m., as the department prepares for its employee appreciation ceremony which takes place on Friday evening.
The St. Croix office will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday for regular business operations.
Biggs has apologized for the inconvenience Friday’s early closing may have caused.
