VITRAN Christmas And Boxing Day Schedule Announced

Department of Public Works Commissioner, Darryl A. Smalls, has announced that there will be no VITRAN Bus Service on Thursday, Dec. 25 in observance of Christmas Day.

VITRAN will reopen on Friday, Dec. 26 with  Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit service only. Paratransit is a specialized, door-to-door transport service for people with disabilities who are not able to ride fixed-route public transportation.

Full service with regular routes and ADA Paratransit will resume on Monday, Dec. 29, 2014.
