VITRAN Bus Service Suspended Until Jan. 2

Department of Public Works Commissioner, Darryl A. Smalls, has announced that there will be no VITRAN Bus Service on Thursday, Jan. 1, in observance of New Year’s Day.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit will continue to operate normally on New Year’s Day. Paratransit is a specialized, door-to-door transport service for people with disabilities who are not able to ride fixed-route public transportation.

Full service will resume on Friday, Jan. 2, 2015 on all three Islands.
