ST. CROIX — Following a Wednesday press conference the Virgin Islands Police Department held to address the upsurge in criminal activity in the territory, St. Croix Police Chief Arthur Hector, Sr. released the names of those charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm from January through July, 2015.
