ST. THOMAS – Hugo Ogando, 37, and Mario De Los Santos, 39, pleaded guilty in District Court on St. Thomas earlier this week to conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute, United States Attorney Ronald W. Sharpe announced. Sentencing is scheduled for December 18, 2015.
